Bart Uytterhoeven

Bart started his career in 2006 and combines professional experiences in financial, M&A and strategic advice at PwC and LDS with operational business exposure as a CFO in a PE owned corporate in transformation. At LDS Bart focusses on strategic assignments.

Prior to joining LDS, as CFO and member of the Board, Bart actively contributed to the double-digit EBITDA growth of a Belgian educational publisher. Previously, he managed financial due diligence projects and teams at PwC’s transaction services department in Brussels. In this context he was also involved in restructuring related processes and business modelling assignments.
