Kristof Lybaert

Since 2005 Kristof has developed deep expertise in transactions and transformation, and this for scale-ups, family companies, corporates and investments funds. Before starting LDS Advisory in 2018 he was co-responsible for the valuations department of PwC where he started in 2009. Before he was active in both corporate and investment banking for Tier 1 banks. Today he is a frequent speaker to different business schools and associations.

Kristof holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering (University of Antwerp), and a master degree in Governance and Development (Institute of Development Policy). He is also a CFA Charterholder.
