Laurence Pélerin

Laurence has been active in the transactions industry since 2010 with a focus on valuation and business planning. Laurence has also been involved in several financial due diligence, restructuring cases and transformation trajectories, giving her an holistic financial profile.

Before joining LDS Advisory, Laurence started her carreer at PwC Belgium in the audit team and then as part of the Deals Valuation team. Laurence joined LDS in 2019. During this period, Laurence advised many clients including large international companies as well as start-ups and SMEs, both public and privately held, and this in a wide variety of industries, including medtech, aviation, computer services, industrial companies, power & utilities.
