Sebastiaan Steukers

Sebastiaan has been active in the transactions industry since 2016 having developed skills in business planning, valuations, financial due diligence and financial modelling.

Before joining LDS Advisory in 2018, he worked as a senior consultant at PwC’s Deals team.

At LDS, Sebastiaan worked on valuations in different context ranging from M&A transactions to stock option plans. He also drafted business plans and financial models for clients in contexts such as fund raising and public tenders.

Sebastiaan holds two master’s degrees, one in Business Engineering at KU Leuven and one in Finance at ESADE Business School.
