Your role:
As an Administrative & Finance Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager and the partner team, handling both financial and administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Finance & accounting responsibilities:
- Create and manage sale invoices in Exact Online
- Process purchase invoices
- Monitor expenses and budgets
- Assist in operational and financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with external accountant
- Track and manage timesheets for the team
- Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance tasks
- Support Finance team with ad-hoc tasks
Office management responsibilities:
- Organize catering for meetings and events
- Oversee office cleanliness
- Support Office Manager
Profile:
- You find satisfaction in keeping financial data precise and ensuring that everything is structured correctly
- Open to change
- Strong interest in working with people and solid communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong with numbers
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
- Ability to work with Exact Online and Power BI is a plus but no must
- A sense of humour
