We are looking for a part-time young and entrepreneurial professional to join our team as an Administrative & Finance Assistant.

Your role:

As an Administrative & Finance Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager and the partner team, handling both financial and administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Finance & accounting responsibilities:

  • Create and manage sale invoices in Exact Online
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Monitor expenses and budgets
  • Assist in operational and financial reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Liaise with external accountant
  • Track and manage timesheets for the team
  • Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance tasks
  • Support Finance team with ad-hoc tasks


Office management responsibilities:

  • Organize catering for meetings and events
  • Oversee office cleanliness
  • Support Office Manager

Profile:

  • You find satisfaction in keeping financial data precise and ensuring that everything is structured correctly
  • Open to change
  • Strong interest in working with people and solid communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong with numbers
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
  • Ability to work with Exact Online and Power BI is a plus but no must
  • A sense of humour
