Experienced strategy advisor

Profile:

• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and constantly challenge the status quo
• You have a natural curiosity to deeply understand market dynamics, business drivers and people’s aspirations
• You are able to derive conclusions or working hypotheses from qualitative & quantitative research and analysis
• You actively participate in conducting stakeholder interviews and preparing and presenting workshops
• You are capable of bringing structure to a complex environment and communicate accordingly
• You are able to jump from high-level hypotheses to in-depth details in a short period of time
• You always communicate clearly, well founded, and confidently, both in written reports and in meetings
• You always behave in a mature, respectful, and professional manner
• You are strong with numbers; Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis
• You can demonstrate the above based on your relevant experience in a strategy context of at least 3 years
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, with at least basic proficiency in the third language
• You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching
• You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment
