Experienced Transaction Advisor

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client
• Performing and reviewing financial analyses to assess key deal drivers, value considerations, and risks
• Synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights
• Collaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) to offer integrated solutions
• Acting as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders and investment professionals
• Ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned throughout each assignment
• Guiding junior team members and helping them grow

Profile:

• You hold a university degree
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in (a combination of) financial due diligence, transaction-related advice or business controlling
• You are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis
• You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching
• You have a pro-active mindset and are self-aware
• You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment
• You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment
• You have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch OR French
