Experienced Transformation Advisor

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading transformation projects around reporting, closing, consolidation, and performance monitoring
• Designing and implementing financial reporting processes and dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
• Identifying pain points and proposing pragmatic solutions to optimize financial flows
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during assignments
• Collaborating across LDS service lines to ensure integrated client support
• Coaching junior colleagues and contributing to team development

Profile:

• You hold a university degree
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in business controlling, FP&A or financial management
• Relevant experience in financial consulting is a pro.
• You are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis
• You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching
• You have a pro-active mindset and are self-aware
• You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment
• You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment
• You have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch OR French
