It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce the expansion of LDS Advisory with an experienced tax team! Olivier Gios is joining the LDS Advisory team along with his team of Quorum Tax. The team will be led by Olivier Gios, Dieter Dilliën, and also includes Philippe De Cock and Charlotte Flückiger.
Olivier founded and grew Quorum Tax as reliable and technically proficient tax advisory firm specialized in M&A tax for several years, building on its experience gained at PwC M&A tax and previous tax advisory roles.
The integration of Quorum Tax into LDS Advisory was concluded in close collaboration with Quorum Law and the tax team will continue to serve clients of Quorum Law with an unaltered dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
The team focusses amongst others on M&A Tax i.e. acquisition structuring, (vendor) tax due diligence, tax structuring of management participations and post-deal structuring and integration in relation to private equity, real estate and corporate transactions.
In addition, the team is also specialized in the tax aspects of Real Estate Development and Finance, R&D Tax Incentives, International Tax and VAT structuring.
Together they have a combined experience of 60 years in their field of expertise including numerous years at Big 4 and major law firms.
LDS will now serve its clients in a fully integrated way, covering financial, operational and tax aspects.
