Ben Reynders

Ben has been active in the transaction industry since 2010 with a focus on financial due diligence. Before joining LDS Advisory, Ben gained in-depth financial due diligence and broad transaction experience as a senior manager in the Deals team of PwC Belgium and PWC Boston, US. Through working with international players, Ben enhanced his pragmatic and outside-the-box thinking.

Ben joined LDS in 2019 and worked on multiple buy – and sell-side transactions assisting a.o. DPG media with their acquisition of Sanoma, Cheops during their sale to Chequers.
