Ben Reynders

Prior to joining LDS in 2019, Ben worked for more than 10 years at PwC. Over that period, Ben has developed expertise in financial due diligence and broader M&A advice.

At PwC Ben advised many clients, buy - and sell-side, across a variety of industries, including chemicals, software, industrial equipment (MedTech), professional services, retail, media & technology... Additionally, he participated in independent business reviews in the context of restructuring or refinancing processes. From 2014 to 2017 Ben also worked at PwC Boston where he assisted several private equity firms and larger international clients. Through working with international players he enhanced his pragmatic and outside-the-box thinking.

At the start of his career, Ben also worked as an external auditor servicing mainly manufacturing companies. He has a master degree in Applied Economics. He is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
