Dieter has been advising Belgian and international corporations in relation to tax matters since 2011. Dieter brings a vast amount of experience in the fields of M&A, (acquisition and fund) structuring and restructuring for a variety of industries. In particular, Dieter has developed a specific expertise in the tax aspects of the real estate, infrastructure and construction industry, combining both direct and indirect tax expertise. Dieter holds a Master in Law, Master in Taxation as well as an Executive Master in Real Estate at the Antwerp Management School.
