Dimitri Claes

Dimitri started his career in the Audit Department of PwC in 2004. Afterwards he gained more than 10 years of experience in transaction work at PwC and EY. Dimitri focused on buy and sell side due diligence for a wide variety of corporate and private equity clients.

Dimitri also gained operational experience as CFO of a Belgian chocolate producer with production sites in Belgium and Poland and a sales organisation in Germany. Next to the Group’s international retail customer base, the Group was also active in the B2C online channel and B2B gifting segment.

Dimitri joined LDS in 2019, combining his past operational experience with his transaction background, to support his clients realising the best possible deal
