Before joining LDS in 2025, Karim started his career at ExxonMobil’s finance department where he gained experience in controlling, corporate reporting and cash management over five years. He then worked for three years in Transaction Services at Deloitte with a focus on financial due diligence. During that period, he advised corporate and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side deals of various sizes and from a wide range of industries such as life science and healthcare, waste management, multimedia, logistics & transportation and ER&I. Karim holds a master in financial engineering from HEC Liege and is a CFA Charterholder. Languages: He is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
