Over the past 12 years, Laurence accumulated deep financial expertise with PwC and LDS. She started her career at PwC in audit. After 3 years she specialized in transactional advice where she mainly focused on valuations, business planning, financial modelling and strategic value consulting. During this period, Laurence advised many clients including large international companies as well as start-ups and SMEs, both public and privately held, and this in a wide variety of industries, including chemicals, biotech, banks, computer services, insurance, brokerage, etc.
At LDS, in addition to different business planning and valuation assignments, Laurence has been involved in a number of buy-and sell-side due diligence assignments giving her a holistic financial profile.
She holds a master degree in Business Engineering from the University of Liège. She is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
Laurence is pragmatic and solution oriented.
