Nick De Smedt

Nick has built extensive experience in the field of due diligence, business modelling and performance management since 2015. He combines this experience with solid technical and business knowledge.

Prior to joining LDS, he was active for more than two years as a business controller for an international producer of home automation appliances. He started his career at PwC where he worked as a senior consultant for more than three years on various transactions in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing due diligence, business modelling and valuation services. He also worked on several Working Capital assignments during a secondment in Frankfurt.

Nick holds a Master’s degree in Law (Ugent) and in Financial Management (Vlerick Business School).
