Philippe has over 12 years of experience in corporate tax and has serviced various types of national and multinational businesses. He joined LDS Advisory in 2019. He brings a vast amount of experience in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, tax due diligence and acquisition structuring. Philippe obtained a Master degree’s in Tax Law and a Master degree’s in Business Economics. Since 2016 he is a ITAA Certified tax advisor.
