Sooi Vanderhoydonck

Sooi joined our company in September 2025. He gained his first experience in tax during an internship at a fast-growing accounting firm.

Sooi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Master’s degree in Taxation, both from the University of Leuven, obtained respectively in 2024 and 2025. During his academic studies, Sooi focused on the various factors involved in capital gains tax and M&A.

At LDS, Sooi works on a wide variety of tax topics, including Tax Due Diligence.
