The Belgian Government reintroduces a 6% VAT rate for demolition and construction of residential real estate.
The 6% VAT rate will apply to real estate of max. 200m² leased out as primary residence.
No limitation on location is provided (i.e. also applicable outside the former list of 32 cities).
