We were very happy to welcome 5 new team members in September. They started their LDS journey with a two week LDS crash course in order to hit the ground running.
In order to nurture the talent within our team, we welcomed our new colleagues with an intense two-week onboarding program. This included a mix of in depth learning moments as well as sufficient room for fun and meaningful connection:
Over the last 10 days, our new colleagues joined several trainings to further develop their technical and soft skills. In order to provide the most hands-on and solid knowledge sharing, we organized both internal trainings by LDS colleagues as well as an external bootcamp together with Ghent University. Of course, we also included some fun activities and even an offsite teambuilding to build a real connection with the team from the start.
With this solid basis, our new joiners are now ready to kick-start their professional careers!
